Mallock leased property in Lyme and had other connexions with the borough sufficient to account for his repeated returns to Parliament. The only reference found to him in the known surviving records of the House of Commons is to leave of absence granted 18 Mar. 1559. His will, made 21 Dec. 1566, was proved by his son William on 28 Jan. 1567.1Vivian, Vis.
