DD61443, 61444, 61460, 61461, 61483, 61503A, 61532, 61533, 6155B, 61567, 61602, cited Roberts thesis. nothing has been ascertained about this MP, who may or may not be connected with the John Trehane of Trehane, Cornwall.2Vis. Cornw. (Harl. Soc. ix), 227-8. He was almost certainly one of the lesser Dartmouth merchants, for his fellow-Member in 1601 and both Members in 1604 were local men.
