TWYNEHO, William (d.1594), of Windsor, Berks.

The 1563 Stafford MP, whose name is spelled Twynoe on the Crown Office list, was in all probability the William Twyneho who was an overseer of the will of William Paget, 1st Lord Paget, who died on 18 June 1563, shortly after the end of the parliamentary session. Twyneho was descended from a namesake of Keyford, near Frome, Somerset, and died in 1594, asking to be buried at Windsor, and leaving a ring to Mr. William Paget. The Paget connexion would account for his return to Parliament for Stafford.
