Dighton inherited from his father a house in Worcester and shared a quantity of plate and other personal property with two of his brothers. He married the daughter of another burgess and took an active part in local affairs. In the Parliament of 1601 he was eligible, as burgess of Worcester, to serve on one committee concerning the assurance of certain manors, 9 Dec. He died in 1604.1Vis. Worcs. (Harl.
