Returned for Shoreham on the family interest while still under age, Fagg was an inactive Member. He was appointed to only five committees, of which the most important was to review the hearth-tax on 2 Mar. 1671. He died on 31 July 1672, and was buried at Glynde.1Vis. Suss. (Harl.
