Halyburton, whose family had been seated at Pitcur since 1433,1A. J. Warden, Angus or Forfarshire, 23. was returned as a government supporter for Orkney and Shetland by his brother-in-law, the 14th Earl of Morton. He died 10 May 1765, entailing his estates on his sister.
