Kynaston’s grandfather, John Kynaston, and his great-grandfather, Edward Kynaston, had both represented Shropshire; and he himself succeeded in its representation his father’s cousin, Noel Hill. He was returned as a follower of Pitt, and all his known votes were with Government. There is no record of his having spoken in the House before the dissolution of 1790.
He died 24 Oct. 1822.
