biography text
Fane was classed as ‘pro, absent’ on the contractors bill, 12 Feb. 1779, and voted with Administration over Keppel, 3 Mar. 1779. His only other recorded vote was with Opposition on the motion against prorogation, 24 Apr. 1780, but Robinson in his survey of July 1780 described him as ‘pro’. He is not known to have spoken in the House during this period.
He died 10 Nov. 1813.
