Herbert regularly voted for North’s Administration. He spoke in the House on 25 Feb. 1777, and may be the ‘Mr. Herbert’ who spoke on 10 Dec. 1778.1Almon, vi. 302; ix. 131. In 1780 Robinson did not expect Lord Pembroke, now in opposition, to return Herbert again.
He died 5 Sept. 1816.
