biography text

Talbot entered the Irish house of commons as member for Kilkenny city on a vacancy in March 1799. He was chosen by lot to continue as its representative at Westminster in 1801, but resigned the seat as soon as Parliament met. He died 19 May 1851.1CJ, lvi. 11.
