Apart from the information given on the parliamentary return that he was a merchant of Penryn, nothing has been ascertained about this MP. He may have been related to the merchant family of Bodmin, who were on the corporation in the sixteenth century.1J. Maclean, Trigg Minor, i. 212; ii. 135.
