Heysham succeeded his father at Lancaster, voting against the Government in all recorded divisions. His only reported speech was against the army, 28 Jan. 1726. He died at Bath 14 Apr. 1727, described by a Lancaster Quaker as ‘an indolent man and of no service’.1W. Stout, Autobiog. 109.
