‘Unanimously approved’ at a meeting of the county held while he was abroad,1J. Eyre to R. Newdigate, 13 Oct. 1775, Newdigate mss. Harvey was returned unopposed. His one recorded vote was with Administration on the motion on sending Keppel to sea, 3 Mar. 1779. There is no record of his having spoken in the House. He died 24 Apr. 1779.
