DILLINGTON, Sir Tristram, 5th Bt. (c.1677-1721), of Knighton, I.o.W.

In 1706 Dillington inherited the manor of Knighton, which had belonged to his family since 1563. He was returned for Newport by the Administration in 1717, voting with the Government in all recorded divisions. He died 7 July 1721.
