Coningsby was, like his kinsman and namesake of Hampton Court, a follower of the Earl of Essex. His inquisition post mortem, drawn up on 15 June 1617, pronounced his 12 year-old son Henry the heir to the manor he held at Grendon Warren and to his property in Leominster.PCC 38 Arundel; Vis.
