(VCH Surr. iv. 186), there is nothing to indicate how she was related to the lawyer William Sydney* (d.1452) of Kingsham, Suss. and Baynards, Surr. and she is not mentioned in his will. Perhaps she was his gdda. 2s. (1 d.v.p.), at least 4da.
