Maud, prob. da. of John (d.1375), Lord Grey of Rotherfield; She is generally and erroneously said to have been one of the daughters and coheiresses of Sir Thomas Sutton (d.c.1384) of Sutton-on-Hull, Yorks.: HMC Hastings, i, p. xi.
