Her precise parentage is unknown, but she can tentatively be identified as a da. of Sir John Everingham (d.c.1434) of Birkin, Yorks., and sis. of Thomas* and Henry*: T. Blore, Rutland, 176. She was alive as late as 1472 when a nun in the Gilbertine priory of Sempringham: Bodl.
