There is little to be added to the earlier biography.
Thomas Lee, like his more important putative kinsman, William Lee*, was a lawyer. On the morrow of Michaelmas 1427, shortly before he took his seat in Parliament, he appeared in the Exchequer as attorney for both the sheriff of Staffordshire, Sir Roger Aston*, and the men of Stafford.
