Details of his marriage are not known, but it is confirmed by his will, dated 7 Nov. 1842 and proved 13 Feb. 1843 (PROB 8/236; 11/1975/108; Castle Howard mss [NRA 24681] A5/159). d. 25 Jan. 1843.
