In 1754 Noel was returned unopposed for West Looe as an Administration candidate. No speech or vote by him was reported during this Parliament. He vacated his seat on becoming a judge. Noel was described by Horace Walpole as ‘a pompous man, of little solidity’.1Mems. Geo. II, iii. 118. He died 8 Dec. 1762.
