Felawe served as a juror at the inquest held at Calne in 1402, for the purpose of assessing how much the hundred of Malmesbury was to pay towards the aid for the marriage of Blanche, elder daughter of Henry IV. Twelve years later he stood surety for the attendance of Robert Roude at the first Parliament of 1414.1Feudal Aids, v. 223; C219/11/3.
