Walter’s conjectured relationship to Simon Lowys would of course account for his return to Parliament in 1413. Apart from this, only one record of him has been found: in the Easter term of 1417 he appeared in person in the King’s bench to start litigation against four men from his home town (a barber, a tailor and two cutlers), alleging a breach of the peace.1KB27/624 m. 22.
