This John Marsh was presumably not the same as the Bath MP of 1394-7. He witnessed local deeds in June 1413 and May 1415, and on three occasions — in 1417, 1422 and 1425 — he was named on the committee of four burgesses responsible to the sheriff for the city’s parliamentary returns.1C219/12/2, 13/1, 4; Tropenell Cart. ed.
