He was perhaps the John Treyouran who, some time before 1397, and with other Cornishmen, was sued by John Syreston and his fellow executors of the will of John Colyn, a former sheriff of Cornwall, for failing to render £20, but otherwise he remains unidentified.1CPR, 1396-9, p. 135.
