Wanford witnessed a deed at Reigate in July 1427, and shortly afterwards he was found to be holding one quarter of a knight’s fee in Mickleham, Surrey. The land, which was worth 20d. a year, had previously belonged to the prior of Reigate.1CCR, 1429-36, p. 106; Feudal Aids, v. 125.
