biography text
Returned as a Whig for Petersfield at a by-election in 1715, Fuller voted against the septennial bill in 1716, for the repeal of the Occasional Conformity and Schism Acts and against the peerage bill in 1719.
He tried unsuccessfully to present a petition from Lady Derwentwater, 1716; to provoke a debate on Gibraltar, 1719; and to divide the House on Aislabie’s expulsion, 1721.1Dudley Ryder Diary, 186; W. Michael, England under Geo. I, ii. 130; Coxe, Walpole, ii. 210. He died 21 Nov. 1722.
