BERTIE, Lord Robert (1721-82), of Chislehurst, Kent.

Lord Robert Bertie inherited Chislehurst from his mother in 1745. He was returned as a Whig for Whitchurch in 1751 on the interest of his uncle John Selwyn. He died 10 Mar. 1782.
